Abdul seems the lesser of 4 evils again? wow ,how confusing, past and present directors gripe about being unable to comment, and being unfairly judged simple answer......comment, tell the real people that matter the truth, the people that dont care about ''money'', the long suffering supporters!

How? I haven't been able to listen yet, Abdul 400k might be for the running of the club wages etc and not to Peter for his shares.

Something doesn't add up. Diego's lawyer said the injunction failed or wasn't needed and another sauce said that Bernard was awarded costs.
If the case was 'adjourned' as some sources say, then there would be no costs order. Diego must have lost his injunction claim. The 14 day to notify Diego is completely meaningless, it doesn't stop Bernard doing anything.
Id like to see the actual court order which should be available in the next couple of days. Be interesting to see who is releasing these misleading statements. It appears to me, Camp Diego is using the media to give alternative facts.

The Shrimps Trust had its own representative in court today. Hopefully he'll be in a position to comment later on matters. In all this I can't understand why Abdulrahman isn't the owner, given he seems to have funded the original deal and the club since? I intended to be there but got stuck on a train and then had a meeting at 11.30. However, by the sounds of it the show will be back on again soon with plenty more performances along the way.

Oh the joys of company law !

If only the ownership of MFC were as simple as leaving the EU and we could just "get on with it" as per "the will of the people", we could all live happily ever after !

The laws of a Ltd company are far simpler than Brexit. It's only passion and insanity that keep an insolvent company afloat

That's what I cant understand because when the club was going to be sold to Cala we were told that G50 Holdings owned the club which in turn was owned by Abdulrahman and he could sell to ever he wanted to, then it changed to Burnard being the owner of G50, so many questions and so few answers.

Maybe it would be a lot more enlightening if you actually took the trouble to talk directly to PMcG about the entire saga.....you might be surprised as to what he really thinks and what he tells you.... :?: :?: :?:

A sale contract for MFC was signed by all parties on 25/01/2017 but this also looks like it will have to go to court.

You might get another side of the story, but you may not get the truth.

The truth lies between what each party are saying. No party comes out of this looking like anything other than a c*nt.

Three home games this month should help, as opposed to one last month. I appreciate it's probably not going to pay all the wages, as some are only incurred when matches happen anyway, but it must surely help, especially with the gate against Cambridge to boot. Admittedly Barnet wasn't great and it remains to be seen what we get against Grimsby.

Unfortunately, it's not just wages that have to be paid. HMRC will also want their slice re VAT on income and PAYE/NIC on wages. It'll be cap in hand to Abdul again.

Sounds to me as though some don't have the man parts to talk face to face to the ladyparts as you refer to 'em....or should that be one ladypart in particular

So you want me to ''man up'', and listen to someone who I wouldn't believe CC?

Can you tell me what for?

I don't imagine for one second the man would feel the need to explain anything to me anyway, and why should he?, he probably see's you as a minor irritation and you are one of his sheep.

It looks like Burnard and Abdul are now calling the tune. Presumably the February wages have been paid by Abdul and HMRC etc are happy with what is happening.
