On a scale of 1 to Tony Capaldi how much of a **** is Mark Hughes?

Could have caused a major incident at the final whistle. The EFL should review the incident and ban him.

Don't give it if you can't take it. Amazed at the attitude of football fans in general regarding this issue, if a player or anybody for that matter gets called a wanker for 90 minutes you can understand a reaction surely? Isn't that what you're looking for? I don't think there's need for retrospective action for celebrating a win and giving back people some of their own medicine. Kevin Ellison would be constantly reprimanded by The FA if that was the case.

Yep, as you say, he's a pain in the bum, but he's our pain in the bum.

They are professionals, though, and should rise above it, shouldn't they?

Continues to show his disregard for the club. The guy's an utter knobhead. Not one of Jim's best decisions...

Im sure there's a law stating players cant celebrate in front of opposition fans as it may lead to violence/pitch invasion. From memory Neville, Adebayor and McClean have been charged with this. I do like interaction between players and fans though and I laughed when Hughes cupped his ears when he was getting stick. However I do feel his 20 second celebration aimed at us was deliberately trying to provoke a reaction, which he got.

Fair play to him. He's not the most talented player but always gave his all for us and want gutted to leave us. Gets stick from the fans, so can't blame him for giving it back to us. No worse than our Kev although he does it with more humour.

Fair play to him. He was called all sorts of stupid things on here and accused of being a bully by some people! Like someone has said, if you can not take it, don't give it out.

Would be nice to see one of our lads with a bit of passion!

Him calling our fans on Twitter "Shit Houses" when he WAS a Morecambe player hasn't helped matters.

The guy is a first class knob.

Who then claimed his Twitter account had been "hacked".....

I don't think we have any cause to gripe about excessive celebrations from him given the level of abuse he got, who wouldn't rub it in, I deffo would!

Having said that the guy is a tosspot, his bullying of team mates was there for all to see, he always blamed others for his own mistakes, and the hacked twitter excuse was pathetic, good riddance.

Exactly.

I also noticed last night that he STILL does his old "point, stare and blame the pitch routine" when one of his balls goes astray.

Murphy, despite it being hard for him to play his way through a catalogue of injuries that have hampered his career.
