Interesting article. Very good work by someone in the club to get a new sponsor. I see that PMG is still referred to as chairman in the official statement.

The article also mentions that the new kit will be available for pre-season. That is a huge improvement if it materialises.

I wonder if the current contract with JD came to an end or did we look elsewhere after last pre-seasons debacle.

I seem to recall the debacle with the current kit being discussed at the fans and Directors meeting and it was stated then that the club would not tolerate a repeat of the ridiculous way the club was treated by the shirt makers.

Macron is becoming an established name in the world of football and a 4 year deal is excellent news. Good to hear something positive from the current Chairman after all the recent bad publicity generated by the sale.

Let's hope that this is the forerunner of further good news that will please everybody...... ;)

This would look nice with a Shrimps badge on it

Nah, not for me.

Too "M@nche$ter United" ...... I don't like it.

All I ask is (please......) that the away shirt features the RED club badge.

I hate all this pi$$ing about with the badge colours....

Article says ours will be 'bespoke' anyway.
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

Don't be silly..you know full well that they will have a built in pillow so that they can go to sleep half way through the first 45 of a match.

Macron are the official kit suppliers to the FL and clubs have been requested to make use of their kits as and when existing deals end.

Not suggesting that Dicko had no involvement but would think it was only a case of him being
the club's contact for Macron

Clubs don't have to use Macron but possibly the financial savings could be to the club's advantage,..... ; :?: :?: :?:
