Good luck to Mark Swindlehurst running the London marathon, thought he might have done it as Christie the Cat though

Total respect for our finishers. Time doesn't matter. The sponsorship will be much appreciated.
I did a half marathon when I was 30 and it nearly killed me or as l said at the time...to hell and back. Can only imagine what our lads feel at the moment.....if they are feeling anything....

It was hard work but one of the best days of my life!
I put together a video of the experience for friends and family. Feel free to Have a watch. The last 5 minutes or so see me get a bit emotional.

I will be wearing my medal underneath my shirt on Saturday if anyone is interested in having a look.
The support has been amazing and I have raised £10,300 for Alzheimer's Research UK with the help of many fantastic people. If you were one of them, thank you!
