Rail company 's sponsorship of Football clubs

Rail company 's sponsorship of Football clubs

Postby halftimeresults » Sun Apr 30, 2017 10:13 am

It seems that every rail company has something
to do with football clubs. Virgin are the main sponsors of Carlisle, PNE and even Non league Darlington (even give fans discounts)
Marine's stadium is now sponsored by Arriva
Wonder if we ever asked Northern what they can do for us?

It's Arriva who operate Northern Rail these days.

Doubt they would be interested it's not like we have a mainline station in the town , there would be no benefit to them .

Morecambe is a destination for Northern Rail trains though, so I do think there would be a benefit, and they do call at many mainline stations.
