Luton pre-match drinking

Luton pre-match drinking

Anyone know anywhere good to drink tomorrow? Ideally with a beer garden given the weather :)

There is nowhere in Luton. There is a bar in the ground. But we will be stopping in Northampton on the way for a spot of lunch.

There is a Club about 400 yards away from the ground that we have been in before, but the bar on the concourse is ok

Acting as the responsible Adult  we managed to get us all in after a lot had been refused entry. What a great welcome we had. £2 a pint and they put a load of free food on as well. Still can't believe I acted as a responsible adult... And they brought it.

Home and away fans were in good spirits so I doubt there was any chance of letting you kip in there though...

Morecambe youth march in wearing fancy dress, big grins and chanting at the top of their voices. Lone pensioner on the door then proceeds to push them all straight out the door. Funniest thing I have seen in ages

Slight over exuberance was smoothed over by Outsider, and all our young lads and lasses were allowed back in to the club. We were welcomed as mentioned previously with sarnies, chicken nuggets, chips and cheap beer.

I spoke to an elderly lady outside before I went in and apologised for any offence that may have been caused and it was accepted very graciously.

I would like to add that our young travellers behaved impeccably whilst in the club and were very respectful of staff and those Luton Town fans in there as well.

These young people are a credit to our club and their support, passion and enthusiasm should be praised and encouraged.

I must also mention that having interacted with the stewards before, during and after the game that we were congratulated on our fantastic support.

Yup the young uns were no trouble; just funny how youth, fun and noise wasn't welcome in said Conservative Club. Unbelievable prices and free food, just feel guilty contributing to TM's war chest ;)
