Best days behind him, thought he looked slow and off the mark against us .

I suspect the warm reception he got from the crowd had something to do with his performance and also his relationship with Jimbo.

Can't have been easy playing against a team who you still have fond memories of.

Still think he would be an asset to the squad.

You obviously feel differently.

Not long to wait for the good news..... ;)

Charles Dunne , released yesterday by Oldham is a defender Jim may consider after trying to sign him in the past.

CC, do you really think that Thommo didn't try against us because he's pals with Jimbo or used to play for us? He's a professional footballer.

Must admit, I wondered the same thing in all honesty.

It wouldn't happen. Of course.

Can't recall Thommo ever having a good game against us actually, nor for that matter any previous players but no doubt others see things differently.

Lewis Alexandra had a field day against us when Plymouth battered us at their place.

Bring back Thomo. It will be like God Fowler and the second coming at Anfield.

Perks might be worth a look at too.

Keith Galley is overdue another comeback!

So how did that work out then?
