My sincere thanks to the fellow fan who has agreed to sponsor the Beach Towel and cover all costs in its production.

Their generosity means that I can now proceed with negotiations with the supplier concerning production schedules etc.

Further updates regarding delivery date of the finished item will be posted in due course.

Once again and I know I speak on behalf of all fans in this matter....a huge THANK YOU.

You may already have this in hand and it's only a suggestion - not wanting to complicate things, quite the opposite...

But now you have someone prepared to stand the initial outlay, you have a producer and you will soon have a design suggestion.

You could now pass those contact details (with the sponsor's approval, of course) to the club shop and let them take over the organisation of this project. They could handle orders, cash, delivery etc.

Anyway, just a thought. Towels usually take a few weeks to turn round but we'll all look out for payment details.

The club have not yet given me their permission to replicate the club's logo, so it's just a case of waiting until I'm given the green light. Here's hopng that they do as the project will be raising some money for the shop / club albeit only a small amount.
