ST: Open Meeting 22/08/17 19:30 @ Globe

Trustees are pleased to announce that an Open Meeting has been scheduled for 22/08/2017 from 19:30 at The Globe Bar & Grill. The meeting will involve a brief update from the Trusts Membership sub-group whilst also giving Trust members an opportunity to ask any questions and/or raise any concerns/suggestions that they may have in person. Alternatively, If you would rather not ask your question or can't attend the meeting, please feel free to submit via the email (shrimpstrust@gmail.com) or PM and it will be read out and answered on the night.

As part of the meeting the trustees would like to form a working sub-group to progress the 'Legends Wall' project as proposed in the membership sign-up booklet and discussed on Bay Trust Radio (Radio Interview). We are looking for interested volunteers to come forward to lead this initiative. This will involve devising the methodology of selecting candidates for the wall and working with suppliers to source and produce artwork.

Hope to see many of you there - ultimately the Trust will only be successful with an engaged and participative membership.
