iFollow... problems before it starts?

I've tried to subscribe. Click on 'Season Pass' [Subscribe Now]. The details page flicks up for a split second, then automatically goes to the log in page. Obviously, I can't log in, because I can't create an account in the first place.

Has anyone subscribed to the £45 package yet? If so did you have a problem? Or have other people had a similar problem?

Also, are any of our over-seas fans going to subscribe to the 'live games' package (about €130?) I was running a VPN earlier, so I told the page I was in France and I was offered this choice. Did cross my mind to try it, but possibly a bit too soon, I'd like to know it works.

Okay...

Signed up for a 'free account'. Now I can register for a purchase. A bit of a roundabout way of doing things!

Ditto. Will wait till start of September as wouldn't be able to use it before then anyway.

Glad there are a few guinea pigs for August though

In 1266, the island became part of Scotland under the Treaty of Perth, after being ruled by Norway. After a period of alternating rule by the kings of Scotland and England, the island came under the feudal lordship of the English Crown in 1399. The lordship revested into the British Crown in 1765, but the island never became part of the Kingdom of Great Britain or its successor the United Kingdom: it retained its status as an internally self-governing Crown dependency.

You live between the UK and Ireland, not in it, good luck!

Cannot sign up for monthly pass (reoccurring) ! When I enter all my details and click buy now the screen goes blank again to re-enter my details!

Anyone had success with a monthly purchase?

I'm having the same problem. I've emailed ifollow@efl.com but doubt it will be responded to in the next couple of hours.

I was going to get the season pass but decided to go for the monthly to see if it actually works... great start.

Thanks Keith. Looks like I am going to have to listen to Quinny on Radio Lancashire. Don't blame us Freez that very few are going to text you in today. ;)

I had to sign up for a free account, enter and save my payment details separately, and then go back to the subscribe page to purchase the package with my previously saved details. Again not ideal, but maybe it will work for you

Thought I'd give that a go. I had already signed up for the 'free' account, due to problems earlier, but I didn't enter any card details, so thought that might work...

Now, I only get a blank screen. So tried the monthly sign up... also, only get white screen!

Perhaps they are trying to fix it? Less than two hours until kick off... bodes well for the future doesn't it

Okay...

    Create a free account
    Go to iF***up account page
    Edit card details
    Go to purchase page
Buy your monthly or season pass

The next challenge is to find out what to click to 'listen to commentary'???

FFS!!!

What a start.

So it appears that you MUST use a mobile app and can't use a computer???

Slo now I've had to dig out my tablet, download the app & log on through that. So now instead of the decent speakers on my 27" iMac, I'm forced to listen to the tiny speakers on an old tablet or my phone?

More to the point, will I be forced to watch highlights on the tablet or phone too?

Still awaiting 'help' from iFollow. Why didn't they go live for the friendlies, so they could iron out the problems then?

Tried to add my card details but I "am not authenticated".

Whatever that means! (Last time I checked I'd had my 18, 25, etc. birthdays)

Now watching Sky Sports News on my Xbox One via NOW TV app.

P****** Off!

Missing Freez already. ;)

I had that once too. I'm trying to remember what order I did things in, because it took a lot of fanying around.

Log on> (I had to re-enter password, even though I was logged on!) You should see 'My Details'

Below this is a drop down menu 'Billing and Payment Information'. Click on that and enter card details here.

Once done, you can go to the purchase page. You need to enter the security number for your card again. At this point, your subscription should be live. But if you are on a computer, you'll need to listen on a phone, tablet, iPad etc, so need to download the app to a mobile device. I did all the account setting up on my computer, then went to the tablet for the app.

All working well now.

Hope that helps.

Thanks Keith.

They wouldn't take my debit card linked to my current account (perhaps because I only have 6 months left)

However Mastercard successfully accepted and listening on my mobile now.

Great to hear Freez for a few minutes. Even though it's half-time now. I came on at a bad time just going 0-1 down.

UP THE SHRIMPS. KEEP THE FAITH.

So is it definitely the case that you can't stream the live audio commentary on a computer (desktop/laptop PC), only on a phone or tablet via an app?

That seems a bit rubbish :o

Will they be doing live commentary from Barnsley tonight?

And failing that, will Radio Lancs have live commentary? or just intermittent reports?
