2-0 Morecambe. First goal inside of the first ten minutes, followed by 80 minutes of nail biting and close calls until a second in the 90th minute or stoppage time.
@ShrimpsOfCanada for my Morecambe centric comments.
@DrRetro for Toronto FC, CanPL, and general Canadian commentary and profanity about the same.

No disrespect to them but this is a game we should be winning at home. I suppose we only win 4-5 home games a season and already have 1 so not due another yet.

2-1 win

Why?
I don't buy that, they are in the top six and in a rich vein of from carried over from last season!.
I don't expect to beat anyone, but if we play well then we have a chance?

But I don't think "We should be beating teams like Newport" or anyone else.

I hope we do, but just as we get irritated by other fans and bookies making us favourites for relegation and dissing us as a club, Newport have a decent enough set up and fanbase, so why?

Home form is in need of a boost, we all know that, but surely nobody has a divine right to beat anyone in this division. If you follow that through, then we should have been relegated 7 seasons ago!!

Just my opinion though.

Mrs A wants another 2-2.

I'm more sanguine...

Morecambe 3-0 Newport

Morecambe FC 1 - 2 Newport County AFC

I'll be singing from the first 1st minute until the last to try to make sure I'm wrong.
