news to me, so I read them above links regarding David Morris, it's well known a lot don't like him on here anyway.

people should be innocent untill proven guilty in a court of law. trial by media? come on seriously?

that Photo on that Daily Mirror(Labour Paper) link if that was shown in Court, a defence Solicitor could dismiss it, for all anybody knows that Miss Swann who's a decent person as had some upsetting news and is just talking to David Morris who for all we know could be a good listener, and are both under the influence of alcohol and basically having a laugh at a Party.

it's not about what side you favour.

it's about justice, both the Accused just like the Accuser should remain anonymous unless or until there's a court conviction, and then by all means name them, the public would have a right to know.

I know they've been trying to change this for ages in the UK, its only fair.
