Agree with this. As much as I'd like to be pushing for the top, realistically staying in the league is a massive success based on how much money/fans we have(not much/not many). Sadly some people on here are starting to sound like West Ham fans. It's time they got real and got behind the team and manager.

Ever thought that our current squad are only under performing because of the style and system they are being instructed to play...
For me, we've got some very talented individuals who are more than capable of playing entertaining attacking football, but are having to play a system that simply doesn't encourage them to express themselves. As a result the gates are declining as fans past and present want to see players playing with freedom and confidence which in turn provides positive results both at home and away.
As ever this is only my opinion whilst accepting that others will disagree.

I so badly want Vadine to be a success and recall a certain Russ Perkins taking an age to open his goal scoring account but significantly we got more positive results whilst Vadine was on the bench or unavailable.
As I've advocated numerous times before, Vadine needs somebody to work alongside him. He's often too isolated and all his good work in the air comes to nothing. For me it's unfortunate but results suggest he's unable to play the single striker role....at the moment.
