Which is a really good reason for not sacking the management team at a time when we've no investment available for any new manager.

100% agree with this point. Every Shrimps fan really should join. And get down to watch too.

So how did that work out then?

The lack of decent football and the lack of change has massively contributed to what's going on. I don't take pleasure from saying it - I have said before on here, we couldn't do any worse on here picking a random team and telling them what to do. Jim finds a winning team then changes it! Shit football is shit football full stop. Get behind the lads? It's crap and boring. If it was a few games... a season... or a couple of seasons... no. It's been crap for bloody ages. Asking fans to get their act together and get behind their team? - that has long gone. We need new ideas, a new game plan, a 'shit or bust' attitude... not just a stay in the league game plan... it hasn't worked and won't work. Play some decent bloody football, if we lose we lose... end of. Go down fighting, not just damage limitation to stay in the league? What's the point? Go out attacking! Go for it! That will attract the hundreds of people back, including myself. Please don't think I take pleasure from having a go. I'm gutted what's happened to our Club.
