Sounded like a re run of many interviews this season.

It sounds as though we concentrate too much on what the opposition are going to do, rather than on what we should be doing to them.

Maybe just for a change, the manager shouldn't even mention the opposition and spend all his energy on telling our lads how good they are. I know that one manager very close to us concentrates on his players performances and constantly builds them up....which sees them close to the play off positions.

'Complacency' seemed to be Jim's theme. How the hell can an inconsistent team like ours be complacent . Can't believe that any member of the team would turn up assuming it's going to be an easy win and they needn't be at their best. Surely it's a manager's job to fire up a team, give them confidence and get them raring to go?

It's been said on here so often...Jim appears to worry about the other team too much and it looks as if this filters down to the players. Not the way to build confidence!

Perhaps I'm being a bit harsh on Jim. What should have said was that it is the management team's job to build confidence in the team. If the manager concentrates on tactics etc. then his number 2 should be enthusing the players for every game.......one of them has to do it.

You think for a minute that Coleman doesn’t mention the opposition and make plans for their threats and come up with ways to expose their weaknesses?

Brilliant.

Coleman says he expects Accrington to win every match they play (even though he knows that's impossible).
