Well the headteacher at West End charges up the mobile phones for parents who have no electricity ! So they get their priorities right , must have the mobile before heat and food.
My parents couldn't afford a telephone in the days when the only phones came from BT but they never relied on the school to feed me or do our washing.
Food banks started in 2004 long before David Morris was an MP and there has always been food banks but they were run by the Salvation Army.
Anyone who can't see that this has got shockingly worse in the last few years needs to take their head out of their arses. The local MP being one of them.
Either he's plain deluded or just an out and out liar.
