IMO they did look 3 goals better than us.....
I’m not sure what Campbell does.... to start him above Lang is strange

Campbell was one of my MotM's at Mansfield, I thought he had a really good game. Less so today but not poor IMHO.

Don't be fooled by the pointless knocking it about around the defence, Notts County showed us how to win a football match and if they stepped out of 2nd gear, they could have had 6.
I will enjoy the usual guff from the usual people...

Difference is, finishing. We had a shot from almost exactly the same spot as their second. Theirs flies in to the top corner, ours flies in to the stand.

Notts looked what they are a leading promotion candidate and made us look like what we could be, a relegation candidate. They are miles ahead of us in technique, tactical awareness and without doubt in finishing.
Today it was men v boys and we played like we deserved what we got...sod all. Yet again hoof ball up to our single striker who yet again had no support..
As for team selection.....what a complete utter joke. Maybe it's time he was challenged during post match interviews about team selection and tactics because once again it's a home performance with little if anything to get excited about.
No doubt the manager will come out with expressions of some positives.....

If it wasn't already, it is now time they stopped blaming bad luck and start being honest that we are in a relegation fight. You make your own luck a lot of the time.
Some terrible defending throughout the side and the final ball and finishing was atrocious. God knows how the sponsors came up with Lund as MOTM.
If we need a result on the final day of the season, does anyone think this team could get one? No fight in it at all.

I think up to the point when they scored the third, we'd had about as much of the play and chances as they had. Difference is, they took their chances, with good finishes. We never looked confident in front of goal. After the third, our heads dropped and we were never going to produce a miracle turn around.

Unless Lang had a knock, it does appear to be a strange decision, dropping him. When does his loan end?
