Keeping the players for over an hour to bollock them i can understand but for crying out loud send the so called mom up to accept the award and not keep the actual sponsors waiting. They are putting their money into the club. If he still needs bollocking make him go back down to carry on.

Jim stated clearly that we had played well at Mansfield, and were unlucky to get nothing from that game, so he should have gone with the same starting eleven for today's game.
As has been said on here before, Oliver seems more effective when Rose is playing, who can find him with an accurate pass.
So, Rose is on the bench.
Lang, who has been scoring, is also on the bench.
Thompson comes in today, and can't seem to score. Those two goals in the opening game in August v. Cheltenham seem a long long time ago.
McGurk has scored occasionally, not even on the bench today.
Obviously, I don't have any knowledge of injury niggles which may be part of the reason for these changes, but from a fan's perspective it is very puzzling, and does give the impression of a manager who is struggling with the pieces in his jigsaw puzzle.

Just to be clear... I was saying that I thought Campbell was my MotM against Mansfield, not today!

So how did that work out then?

It seems like a distant memory when the same side played the last game before Christmas, played on the Boxing Day, the following Saturday.....and then New Years Day as well.

:( :( :(

I agree with Berlin Waller.
Jim overthinks it. I can understand taking into account the sports science and statistics on individual players, but we are looking like the England team at the Euros 2016, fear of failure leading to poor performances.
I'm sure we all remember the Morecambe which has a go at teams, especially at home games, and let the opposition worry about us.
We are at our best with those neat passing movements which can unsettle teams, not the hoofball up to Oliver which is predictable and easier to defend against.
We have always been a good team on the counter attack, that is one of our strengths.
We are missing Wildig who I don't think has played since the Shrewsbury cup tie.
Lang must start, at least he is capable of scoring.
Hope this relegation battle doesn't come down to needing a result in our final game - would you back this Morecambe team to get a result away at Coventry??
