Browsing through that excellent book 'The light at the end of the tunnel' I came across a bit about the early years and the following about the early 1900's ...."A couple of years later the club fell out of existence due to the general apathy to football in the town and a lack of money to improve the team."

We can only hope that history does not repeat itself.
