I do Yin Yoga, been doing it for over a year now, brilliant as you get older for stretching and the muscles and preventing injury etc. It's getting more popular, Even Boxing Clubs and MMA clubs round Morecambe Lancaster do it now.
Most Premier League Clubs now have a classes every week, Ryan Giggs as been doing it for years, even Boxers like Floyd Mayweather do it.
