Hopefully an early diagnosis. If testicular cancer is diagnosed and treated early, it has excellent recovery rates, but if it is left too long it can be fatal. The article appears to suggest it was reported early.

Good luck Ryan and a timely reminder to all guys, especially young lads, check for & report any lumps or changes to testis. Go to your GP as soon as you find anything.
