Winding Up Order, or is it a Hoax?

With Bolton Wanderers being listed along with us, I thought it might be interesting to check out their website. Although I could find no mention of the Winding Up Order, there was an excellent piece from their chairman - a real rallying call and what seems like a serious effort to make the supporters feel important and involved. Take a look and see what you think. Would be great to have something similar on our website!!

Would be great to hear anything from our Chairman. I did wonder if this was a tactical move.

Don't believe me? Go to justice.gov.uk. Click on Courts. Click on Daily courts list. Click on Companies Court winding up list.

Exactly.

It wasn't a hoax at all (thankfully it was a historic matter now resolved)

So. All those that name called Mr Main and sl@gged him off on here, owe him an apology.

Can't disagree...BUT there are a number of here who get sl@gged off quite frequently who don't expect an apology.... ;) ;) ;)

Facts like we were in court, that the majority shareholder knew nothing about it? Of course that makes a great story but still pales into insignificance with everything else going on.

I get very upset at the frequent insults I have to endure ...it's heartbreaking.

Yeah, does some good reporting, he wouldn't mean any harm to Morecambe FC intentially .

Interesting reading what some of you have said about me on here  George Dawes is right, I most certainly don't mean any intentional harm on the club.

Like all of us here, I want the best for the club. I simply shared it as it was shown to me and as it was on a government website I saw it as credible info. Glad it has been clarified by the club now.

People should apologise to James for calling him a pillock and/or implying that he was making this up. He was sharing publically available information - which was news to the majority shareholder apparently.
