O/T Ship Inn Caton

Evidently the Ship Inn is closed but does anybody know if this for holidays or permanently... :?:

Mother in law wanted to go for a Mothers Day meal but looks as though it will have to be cafe at Sainsbury.... :o ;)

Google says permanently closed but if you fancy coming out of retirement, Thwaites are looking for a new tenant :?: :?:

Too much decorating to do both here in Storth and at my daughters house in Preston....who ever said retirement would be like a permanent holiday was totally wrong. So much to do... ;)

Three Mariners in Lancaster is amazing.

Best place we have found.

Looks as though it's The Blue Mountain as mother in law likes it there... :)

The Blue Mountain is excellent and there is also The Morecambe Hotel getting rave reviews and you might get some gossip from Rod ;) ;)

Get up to the Country Kitchen at Hornsea Pottery. The carvery there is splendid.

Sabai Thai Lancaster is better than blue moon, not appearance wise but food better
