With conditions likely to get worse I'd have no problem if the game was called off prior to them travelling.

According to the forecast its hardly going to get above freezing between now and the game so its hard to imagine the pitch being anything but being frozen solid, that's certainly the case with my lawn its rock hard.

Club would have my 100% support if they called the game off today or even tomorrow.

If it went ahead it would be a lottery and a possible injury risk to players and spectators within and outside the stadium complex.

If you listen to the news..... we are entering a new ice age with 100 ft snow drifts....

In reality we might get a bit of sleet

Game should be on

Anyway I’m off to clear the supermarkets of bread and milk... just incase I can’t get out for a day

From an entirely selfish point of view, which I accept, I hope it is off 'cos I can't make it Saturday. Given the temperatures, as opposed to the actual snow, I think it's a safe bet it'll be cancelled, as the pitch will probably still be frozen, and if it somehow defrosts, it'll probably be waterlogged from all the ice melting. The state our pitch is in the rest would do it good.

There's already been a few Saturday games called off including Accys game at Newport.

Should be called off.
Unreasonable to expect Colchester to travel from Essex in likely poor conditions. Doesn't matter about state of pitch.
