Isn't it still amazing though that not only do we become the ' Shrimpers ' every other week or so as in Southend Utd, but opposition teams STILL cant spell our name correctly ?

Swindon were the latest and at it again yesterday on their matchday thread - calling us Morecombe as in Ilfracombe. Grrr ! Even their own fans had to tell them to correct their spelling whilst a Carlisle fan had to also correct a Luton Town poster on the League 2 forum the week before as well !

Its not that difficult is it ?
