Was looking good with a comfortable 10 point cushion in 17th , 10 mins later back to 19th and a nervy 7point gap .COYS

Well that penalty sounds like it was ridiculous; should have had the three points.

Happy with the point , would have taken that before the match. At least Chesterfield lost again , gap up to 8 points :)

Better for us that Port Vale beat Chesterfield.

Happy with that.....their forum is going over board regarding our tactics claiming we are the worst team they've seen this season and no better than a Division 4 team.

My take on that is that despite all their pressure they have to rely on a controversial penalty.....

Our tactics were to not lose the game - we succeeded
Swindon's tactics were to win the game - they failed

The onus is always on the home side to try and make more effective use of their home advantage
- and i would say exactly the same if the tables were turned

Good battling point lads
Now, off to their forum for a nosey ..... !

From a variety of reading, listening and watching, I truly believe that at last the team are prepared to battle to get what they can. Earlier in the season it seemed that they weren't really putting in a decent shift. Now I think they are and that's all the real fans will ask.
So well done lads. The last few weeks have seen a distinct improvement in attitude, so let's all get behind them and celebrate once we are certain of survival in League 2 - soon I'm sure.

At the very least we are now hard to beat, which hasn't always been the case in the past. Slowly but surely we are clawing our way to safety. Just hope that by the time we play Chesterfield and Barnet at home they aren't massive 6 pointers which we have to win to stay in the FL. Big game on Monday now V Cambridge. That brings back great memories of the FA cup game at Christie, a win now could be just as important as that great moment in our history.

Just watched the highlights, slight tug on the shirt for the penalty. Probably a foul outside the box, but rarely given inside. Nobody appealed, a harsh penalty but Swindon deserved a goal on the day. Unbeaten run continues and a good away point.

Isn't this technically what both teams are?? How many league games have we lost against a team managed by the tanned one? :D

Great ball from Oliver for our goal. He gets a lot of unfair criticism at times. And some that's justified, but let's give the lad praise when it's due
