In the first years of Jimbo's reign, we played attractive attacking football..which was a pleasure to watch.

Now (for me) we've lost that which is a shame...

I thought the effort was there last night but the quality wasn't. Perhaps that is the story of our season? We are where we are because we haven't been good enough, mainly going forwards. There is no point blaming missed penalties, lack of penalties, missed chances, conceding late goals - those things happen, but when they happen all the time you are doing something wrong.

Had we not had Callum Lang this year we would be relegated. He is a 19 year old youth player from Wigan. Far too many have not contributed enough, and I'm sure they won't have met their own targets.

Saturday is an enormous game and we all have to spread the word and get people down to the Globe. The reality is that, as it stands, it could be our last home game in the Football League and we need to see the fight, on and off the pitch, that means that it won't be.

Can not knock the shift the lads put in but we were still set up not to lose. Kenyon sat so deep that it was almost a back 5 with Rose sat in front of them. Thought the front 4 looked pretty ragged, nobody really knowing where to be at any one time. Too much inter changing and aimless running. Campbell played well and his pass for Lang was superb. I thought it was wrong that he was hooked before Kev who is starting to look 3 yards slower than everyone else. Wylde did more in 10 mins.

I felt the game was there for the taking but we just huffed and puffed. Loved the work rate.

after a good display last night I am more confident that with the same performance we will be good enough to beat Barnet.
we just needed a break but never got it, just Lang's chance early on.
have to say I thought the ref had a good game for once.
Hope Jim doesn't change much, I would like a stronger midfield and dominate the game, but they deserve another chance to deliver.

The only thing I agree with CC is, is testing and putting the opposition keeper under more pressure, especially second choice keepers.

The Cambridge keeper had never played a FL game before so put him under and let him make mistakes!
