We all know it can be done. Burton Albion x2, Macc, Accy, Leicester, Daggers to L1 etc. but it is undoubtedly not the norm. The combination of a good manager and a lucky mix of good core players that gel. Staying there tends to be a lot harder once the managed and key players get poached.
