TRAINING PITCHES etc

I've never quite understood why the owners of the Globe Arena and the training pitches (office block at NE corner as well) are not one and the same! Does today's news still mean the same?---

The board seem to be pawning all the club's assets bit by bit. What happens in two years time if we can't pay the money back on the car parks etc.? I'm not a businessman, I was in education all my career but it seems a rum way to run the business of the football club. We no longer own the artificial pitches and the office block and I haven't seen anything in recent developments to suggest there is any change to this.

The training pitches and security block are owned by a company in administration. Yesterday's sale transferred share ownership of a completely separate Ltd company so there is absolutely no change to the training pitch situation which the administrators can sell to anyone with the right money.

At least the football season wouldn't see the ball landing on someone's summer BBQ while they watch the match from their pitch side garden.

The training pitches and community block are of little use to anyone but the new owners , they will obviously buy them off the administrators of Peter Maguigans insolvent company, if they are serious about improving the football club.

To clarify further----did Barnard only want to buy the Arena,( not being interested in the training pitches or office block)----assuming he could do that!!---leaving Peter Mcguigan still the owner of them (albeit in the hands of the administrater?)------I thought a football club would have meant everything connected to it!!
