If you are on a month by month, I'd be inclined to cancel it. Annual subscriptions obviously cover the summer anyway.

Have emailed them twice and am still waiting for a reply

And as if by magic I have just had a reply from someone whose name I can't pronounce , he (or she) has said it will auto renew until it is cancelled !
