I got the 1st 3 games on my 19 99 subscription but since then despite following the same procedures i have been unable to proceed any further than audio live/ and league table. On pressing commentry i get the black full screen and connecting to media but this is quickly followed by unable to connect , very frustrating , would appreciate any help as i cant travel to all matches

this and a few other issues highlighted on here are being looked into with the relevant people and we will get back to you but of course you can email their customer service via email but i have raised these concerns for you which shouldnt be happening
