Sounds as though we may have got ourselves a gem in Zak as the Grimsby forum are amazed and somewhat annoyed that he wasn't offered a contract as quite a lot thought he was one of their better players. Let's hope that he fills the spot left by Aaron with excellence.

Zachary Louvaine Mills to give him his full name. Interesting signing as the Grimsby fans reckon he’s a good signing for us but at the same time trusting the manager for releasing him.

For me it’s another sign that things off the pitch haven’t changed. While I trust Jim these are players with potential they are a gamble, won’t be expensive and not a sign of the hyperbole that PMG came out with recently.

Jim said in his interview that he likens Rhys to Barky as far as potential goes. He also said there will be more signings.

Welcome to both.

Zak seems a decent right WB who should be able to replicate his form last season at Grimsby. Rhys is another out of sorts striker who has been given the opportunity to get his career back on track. It worked for the likes of Miller & Devitt, but hasn't for Oliver. It's always a gamble but hopefully he'll come good.

Mmmm, yes. I noticed Redrobo appeared about the time CC disappeared. There's no smilies anymore and he's not annoying certain folk just yet, so if it is him he's trying to hide it, but on the balance I'd say it probably is CC.
