To be honest, who cares anyway. The real pleasure for a normal fan is just going to the games, win, lose or draw.
If Salford progress, then great for those fans that have watched them for decades. The same for all the clubs that have regressed over the years, such as Worksop, Oswestry, Leamington and Goole.

4,135 let in for free ?

Seriously that number.....?

I know it amounts to programme sellers, turnstile operators etc etc etc over the course of a full season but it still sounds a sky high figure to me does that?

Average pay on gate per person £8.32 seems low?

What does 1,864 community consist off?

Dont know how many home games he is accounting for, but wont be more than 30?

That's 138 freebies/unaccounted for, per game - wow!

Edit - 23 League
2 EFL
1 FA Cup
2 Trophy

= 28 , so that makes 148 per game, average home gate being 1700ish
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Fans complained at the opening home fixture about the half time queues for beer. The Chairman discussed it with fans, staff and suppliers. Two weeks later dedicated bottle bars appear with support from their sponsors and catering completely changed around to make it easier for fans. All after consultation. Shows what can be done.

when you look at their chairman and his interactions with fans and someone who actually listen's to the fans/customers of the club, you have to admire his way he goes about things.

fans have a short period of time to actually spend their money in the grounds during the match and therefore don't want to wait long periods for service of food and drink otherwise this impacts their ability to watch the game as they miss some of it.

great idea by him and wish we could do something similar because how many people are put off weekly by the wait for drinks and food behind the home stand, lost revenue to the club.

hope the new owners read this and put something in place or the trust could bring it to their attention
