Still hope

Just think about this :D

A 3-1 opening day United defeat to Aston Villa in the 1995/96 season famously sparked Alan Hansen’s Match of the Day ‘you’ll win nothing with kids’ rant, before Alex Ferguson’s men embarked on a ten-match unbeaten streak and proceeded to win the league by four clear points.

I'd love it as KK once said :D

But we are leaderless on and off the pitch. A 6- 0 loss to Crewe suggests we will have a poor season with the management team replaced by the new owners by Christmas.

Yeah, but we didn't play the kids. Give them a go.

So how did that work out then?

Go on Jim show us that you are prepared to change and give the youngsters their head. Hopefully next week we've brought in an experienced central defender to put confidence back into the team. And what the hell do you see in Oliver is beyond a growing number. Pay him off or offer him up for loan but get rid of him please! He's a complete waste of space and probably £30k a year.

Maybe Jim should sulk for 9 days, then come back with a new identity and we might all think he's someone else ?? :) :)

Maybe Jim should sulk for 9 days, then come back with a new game plan and everything would be ok.

if he changed his identity his tactics (!?) would give him away. Maybe he should just skulk off

We must play the youngsters and forget about Oliver. IMO he is useless. It shocks me that a football man like Jim does not see how poor and ineffective Oliver is.

On a positive note, I recall giving Crawley Town a good hiding 6-0 at the Globe with the Hairy Bikers enjoying our pies in hospitality. Didn't Crawley win the league that year?

one BBC pundit(might have been Lawrenson) in the World Cup USA 94, critisided the Colomian defender Escobar saying "should be shot with defending like that" and he was shot, shot dead, but they dont like repeat and joke about that.
