Team vs Preston

What would you all go with tomorrow. Personally I would actually try and attack and take the game to them rather than sitting back and looking to break as I just don't think we've got the pace and if we sit back I feel as though our defence will only last so long.

Mills. Yarney. Old. Cranston
Tutte (if fit...Wildig if not) Fleming
Oates. Ellison
Oswell. Leitch-Smith

This is a game that is screaming out for Oliver to be given a free reign to show us what he can do!!!

For me, I'd look at the game as an opportunity to try and build important partnerships. The result really doens't matter.
Yarney and Old could do with some game time together (although I appreciate people's concerns about avoiding injury). Then I'd like to see Fleming and Jagne with an opportunity to build on a good pre-season showing. Finally, I think Leitch-Smith and Oswell are going to be our biggest goal threats this season and so need to get to know each other's games.

Anything around that is then just an opportunity to have a look in a competitive game and, if someone puts on a show, stick them into the prep for Saturday at Stevenage.

Completely agree with the line up but does anyone else get annoyed when people think Conlan is Conlon?  :(

I’d quite like to see that side put out other than I wouldn’t drop Baz. That back four need the regular keeper in there too. Play an attacking side, bollocks to keeping a clean sheet, if we go out, at least go out in style! And if we play with style and DON’T go out, even better! :D

So how did that work out then?

I find myself on one of those infrequent occasions of agreeing completely with Keith
