Give him at least 8 games in the league so the new players can gel into the squad!

The point at Morecambe F.C. this situation has endured for 3 seasons and is still continuing. I do not consider myself toxic when I have an opinion based on observation at first hand into the performances of the team. Jim Bentley has achieved as much as he can at Morecambe and to be frank the battle he is fighting is to stay employed. If the performance of my team at work was as bad over a sustained period quite rightly I would either be disciplined or sacked so why is a football manager any different. Cant comment on Frankie Bunn other than good coaches do not necessarily make good managers nor do club legends but as someone new to management he deserves a chance.

P23, W3, D12, L8 GF 17 GA28 GD-11.
That's a win percentage of 13% and is much lower than his roughly 30% since taking the helm.
We haven't won in the last 12 and have only scored 4 times, conceding 17. That quite clearly isn't good enough, and it's up to Jim and Ken to turn it around. Fail to do that and I'm more than sure they'll pay with their jobs.

On field changes will happen if results don't improve as our manager determines what is his best 11 to suit the formation, but it's far too early for off the field changes.
