The major thing that concerns me about Jim are his decisions of late. His tactics towards the end of last season were so negative at home it was painful. Then in the biggest game in recent history he drags Campbell in to the team who had not hardly featured all season. Campbell featured heavily in pre season and looked to be doing well but then gets bombed out on loan. Flemming and Oliver were nowhere near the first team last season but seem to be pivotal to Jim's plan this. His nonsense about a prolific striker not being ready for League 2 footy is beyond belief. How must the lad feel being told he isn't ready to start in the most toothless team in the country and Oliver gets the nod in front of him? His reluctance to change a failed system and methods is a major cause of the form we are in. We never looked coached and comfortable with what we are trying to do.
Yes, we are the whipping boys but we have been for some time. This is not something that happened in the 2018-19 season. Barnet and Chesterfield both pulled our pants down last season. We are the easiest team to play against in the whole football league. Until Jim goes, this will remain the case.
