"Excellent".... read their comments Jim. Then get a fucking grip.

Some comments from Stevenage fans:

"We beat a mediocre Morecambe without looking that great ourselves"

"Pretty poor performance against a poor Morecambe side, but 3 points is 3 points."

"Morecambe playing out a draw from the start, us lowering to their tempo."

"Absolutely shocking game of football - both teams were awful."

"Morecambe will go down playing like that every week"

Bentley bingo fans who got a house? I got a line, big strong physical side, great training facilities, we were unlucky, ref was poor, new players needing time to gel, on another day we would've got something, battled hard. Change the bleeding record

Quote 'we've got to take our chances'....everybody would agree with that BUT why do we constantly play Oliver who for me and I suspect others is not the one to turn chances into goals. I can't understand Jim's reluctance to start with Oswell and AJ. Surely the Boss has seen enough of Oliver to realise that he's not the answer to our goal famine. To leave a 25 goal striker on the bench for 75 minutes will for me do nothing for his confidence leaving a very frustrated player who will try too hard as and when he does make a belated appearance.

He got 29 goals ! Why would anyone play Oliver ahead of Oswell if their job depended on results :o

The cheer was for Oswell coming on.
Not quite the same but may have sounded the other way. ;)

JB said he thought we were excellent for some spells during the game but the radio felt that we lacked quality in a poor game. Confused?
