Well this is typical of the season so far. Decent play then a couple of silly lapses of concentration and it all falls apart.

New owners been over to say hello to us, even played the drum and shaking hands fair play to them for doing that, unfortunately in that time we conceded twice. Interesting they asking us questions on the management and our thoughts on how its going

Oliver & Piggott played well together at Carlisle. So why now, when we need something, do we stick with one up front? I feel sorry for Oliver.

Crap second half. No shot on target. Nice tippy-happy football but no width & no penetration. Very poor.

Season over. We are down. 2 good performances in 10.

3 massive games coming up, arguably all 3 will be with us finishing 21st-24th, and can't see us winning any of them :(

He has got his favourites on as per usual kev and Oliver. Nothing changes apart from we lose and don't score

Maybe the new Owners are not Asset Striipers after all like some are suggesting.

Fantastic save from their keeper as we have our first decent effort on target.

Not sure I agree with what AK is talking about. At the end of the day, it's the result that matters.Just ask Arsenal of a couple of decades ago vs Gullit's sexy but ultimately crap football at Newcastle,

If you don't buy a ticket, you won't win the raffle.

We don't shoot, so we don't score.
Crawley player took a long shot and scored.
How many goals have we conceded from shots outside the area this season?
How many shots have we had from outside the area?
Actually, how many half decent shots have we had all season?

One great save from their keeper from a free kick. Other than that, he had nothing to do.

We could carry on playing for another ninety minutes and we'd still be on 'nil'.

Agreed, however there wasn't a lot of difference between the two sides apart from that one shot, oh and our now traditional woeful error giving them a second a minute later.
We need to start shooting as our away form is poor, at least we are having a go at home, without bloody scoring!!
I understand Kev starting as cover in front of Cranston today, but Vadaine coming on made me laugh!! I don't care how hard he works in training, it's on that pitch on a Saturday where's he isn't good enough. It's not his fault, he does try hard but he isn't up to the job. Sorry.

Exactly.

Both were crap. There was a difference it was plain to see. They knew what to do our team didn't.

From reading these posts it seems that yet again we had the 2 major faults....giving the opposition too much room by backing off too far and not shooting when the opportunity arises (probably due to lack of confidence). It is the managers job to decide how far the defence retreats and gives room and it is also the managers job to install confidence.

Next Saturday is surely a must must win!!!!

Added notes to my diary that I must go to the Exeter and Yeovil games down here (no matter how painful the experience may be) as I will never see the Team again

I find it hard to believe we are still not the worst team in the league , but this will change over the coming weeks if things don't change !
