Heard about this a week or 3 ago. Bond Group Sixways were formed to "buy" Worcester Warriors. Bond Group Investments are involved with us.
Jason is the Director of both

Well until something actually happens it's yet another non story. As the Warriors are losing money on a larger scale than us, the Rugby fans are concerned that the new owners will be selling the land and merging somewhere nearer Birmingham, sort of has a ring to it

Haha nothing like that at all, I just thought that given the strong feelings about what the new owners could be up to , anything like this is best put out pretty sharpish , I'm sure the trust must find it interesting and they may be able to ask questions,

Ha! I heard rumours about this too but there was no evidence of a deal going through. The only thing was clear was that Jason Whittingham was setting up some sort of vehicle to buy Worcester Warriors https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11429721. No mention of any others.

Maybe not as bad as it could be ......................... Worcester Warriors recorded their highest ever score at the weekend to beat Bristol 52-7. From being favourites for relegation, they are now mid-table and seem to be cruising. :D :D
