Just a quick one on the running of the club. Stood here with the other poor folk on the Berlin wall, I have watched so many people from the white seats wander past the red seats, stewards and then up in to the local choice suite. Is that allowed now or are they pulling a fast one? Are the stewards complicit in this? Are these fans stealing from the club? I don't know how these fans dare to criticise others on here. It's all arse over tit. Everyone should be able to frequent the bar of their choice. Shouldn't be a 1st and 2nd class scenario (Apart from the likes of myself who just had to watch people on the other side enjoying themselves as to watching the football...)... we had no choice at all! Again, a massive look at things and a total rethink about what's actually happening and what's pissing people off.
It could all be so much better and I can't work out why things haven't changed!?
'No point paying for BT Sport as people don't stop to watch...' Right, first question... WHY?
Second question... before cancelling BT Sport... 'what can we do to keep people/fans?'
Third question... has anyone done a local bar price check to see what we are up against? (Because unfortunately that's what we are up against these days).
Fourth... 'What can we do to keep people here?'
I just find it madness that we are supposed to be a business and nobody seems to give a monkeys and nobody seems to be trying!
It all feels like we have just accepted that that's that, given up and let's just struggle on.
There are so many things that could easily be done so much better. Bizarre that they haven't been implemented after all these years of complaints.

Not defending the old or new regime but what chance have they got of running a business if the punters are allowed in for free and then admission to an area they haven't paid for? Stewards are paid employees and they are turning a blind eye to it. People who volunteered to clean the ground after games have had their free admission withdrawn as well.

Annoying? I would be fuming! You have paid a premium for use of that facility but others use it without paying. I watched them all go and not one person was stopped or checked by a steward or club official. It is just barmy.

I always thought you paid more for C1&2 and CPrem because you had exclusive use of the suite at Half time. I thought you had to show proof of your eligibility to a Steward.

I am quite at ease with the whole idea. Squeeze a few quid extra out of the people who have the cash by dangling the prestige of having access to a posh warm suite and a pint at half time. That makes sense to me, a bit like a higher tax rate for the wealthy. If you do it though, you have to police it better to keep the exclusivity. If you don't, people will cotton on and stop paying the extra but still use the facility.

I use to do this very Job.

In Theory) the Steward at the top of the Stairs should check peoples tickets one by one to catch people out from D&E.

In Practice) you just end up with a BIG queue with people trying to get to the Bar for a short 15min break at H/T and "Piss People right Off" !!

Stop charging extra for the red seat privileges! Let anyone in who wants to go in! Why turn money away? I'm not having a go as I now understand people have paid more for the privilege, but please! You shouldn't have to pay more for access... It's now empty as it is! The Club needs a a total rethink.
