No representatives available this evening so we are patched in with the home teams commentary. Apologies, this doesn't happen very often but real life, work and family commitments, do get in the way for us, and sometimes they must come first.

Tutte hits post with a free kick, Kev puts rebound back in 6 yard box but it's cleared. Best chance for either side so far.

Tutte with an excellent free kick, well saved. If you are listening to the commentary, it didn't hit the post.

Under the cosh initially, but last five minutes or so, we've been creating more.

5-3-2 or Yarney playing as a defensive midfielder?

Hope Tutte is OK. He's absolutely critical to us playing calm, purposeful football in my opinion.

Yarney in to defence with Cranston moving in to midfield I think.

Not a bad first half. Defence generally solid, although they had a cross in the first minute that fizzed across the goal but fortunately no MK player near to it. After ten minutes of them being well on top but not producing anything, we started to get in to it. Tutte's free-kick was well saved. Someone (not sure who) got the ball coming to them just outside the six yard box, with back to goal and they tried to lay it off, which is a shame, because it was similar (slightly further out) to Kev's on Saturday. A-Jay had a great ball through to him from a long punt, but he perhaps took it a little too far. Shot was at the near post from a tight angle, so easily saved.

First ten minutes, I was worried. Half time, we're doing okay.

Bollocks

Great strike from distance. How many conceded from outside the area?

To be fair, Oates & Mandeville have had shots (& goals) from distance this season.

Oswell off for Oliver.
Do you want to wait 15 minutes before complaining?

Same bloke, same shot, same result, 2-0 it's harsh but you have to take your chances

Cranston & Yarney both having shots from distance. Cranston just wide. Yarney's was blocked and typically this season, rebounded nicely to fall for their defender.

2-0 Another shot from distance from Gilbey. He took four touches without anyone closing him down before hitting another good shot. We'd been on top for a while before their second.

MK's commentator saying we "look like a good defensive unit... [and] ...they can create a threat but they don't look clinical [in front of goal] for me"
