AFC Fylde are offering Coach Travel, a match ticket AND an Adidas FA Trophy Final Replica shirt for their forthcoming Wembley visit for just .............. £60 ........... :o

Can't argue with that at all.

Sounds good, but they are not giving the shirt away for nothing. They are at the very least as the numbers of shirts will be in its thousands going to cover their costs of production alone.

The more they order the lower the unit cost.

However it still is a great gesture by the club and one that maybe one day we can replicate.... :?:

They pretty much are mate.

An average replica shirt in a Club Shop costs £40, so that means they are getting coach travel and a ticket for just £20.

Bargain.

Bargain.....? Yes....but I'd like to bet that the actual cost per shirt to the club is less than £20 when the probable numbers involved could be in its thousands.

The more they order the less per shirt in costs of production.

I recall that when I initiated the purchase of the towels that the cost per towel reduced significantly the more the club ordered.

Even if they cost one pence each they are still free if you give them away Neil.

They are NOT free..for Package B, fans are being charged an extra £20 on top of the coach and ticket price of £40 (Package A) to get a shirt.....however it's an excellent move by the club's Chairman and maybe one day OUR club could consider when we are next at Wembley.
