So now they aren't submitting plans for 30 spacious homes and a lovely retirement village, they are being nasty to Jim and trying to sack him every chance they get! They will be trying to ban Christmas next that nasty Colin and Jason, just you wait and see!

You want him out. I thought you would be revelling in any news of the possibility of his departure?

I’ve not said they’re nasty or anything similar. If I owned a club 200 miles from where I lived and wanted to make some money out of it and had no affinity with it, what would I change or do? I’d look at what land they owned to see if there was any excess to sell or sell the ground and move, and then you would look at the manager and staff to see if better ones could you make you more money. I get that. I just would prefer someone who bought it because they liked the best for the club and town, not that it would mean they would run it any better.

We'd all prefer that but football isn't what it was.

When it boils down to the manager ,the logic doesn't come in to it with the "outers " or I suspect , the new owners.
They would like him to leave but don't want to pay him up, that's my opinion.

I also think That most people that want Jim out also want us to leave the EU.

I'm with you on that. Jim is the only man who could manage this club with the current budget , but Macron is a twat !

For me, staying in would annoy the little French weasel even worse..but agree that he's an arrogant tosser and the Irish PM isn't that much better....and as for Corbyn, what a trio of two faced clowns that would make  ;)

Except Tusk is Polish, but don't let that spoil the xenophobia.

I know he's Polish. And his Grandad in that photo was Polish.

That’s why politics on a footy forum should be avoided, even though I put my 2 penneth in.
Thought this line would appear sooner than it did.

Xenophobia?

But we're in the EU and our leaders mentioned above, people have just been mocking as being useless or untrustworthy?

Andy, it's an emotive subject, especially for me where I'm a Remainer and Mrs A's a Leaver, so sometimes I'll overreact a little. Please accept my apologies; I can see that there was no xenophobic intent in what you said.
