O/T Personal accident claim companies

Has anybody experience of using the above?

As a result of smashing my elbow thanks to falling on my left elbow and smashing it completely I've now been told that I will only have 80% full use of it as and when the operation recovery is complete,

To make matters even more problematic I'm left handed and it appears that I will not have total use of my hand which will have implications.

I've been advised to seek some form of compensation from the motorway services area company concerned who failed to maintain their parking areas resulting in it being full of pot holes and uneven surfaces.

I'm now in the process of putting together a claim but wondered if anybody on SVs has experience or recommendations of which specialist company to use. I am aware that there are a number that do specialize but some are no doubt not fit for purpose.

Thanks.

Neil, I'd give some local solicitors a call and ask if they offer a free initial consultancy. If your case is solid, they may take it on on the same terms or give you a realistic opinion of your chances. Wright & Lord for their link to the club and my solicitors are Holdens on castle hill, they've been fantastic with various things they've dealt with.

My son used Birchall Blackburn after an accident which resulted in a double fracture at a badly run local trampoline company , (not jumprush) and they were excellent, it was on a no win no fee basis and he received a fair settlement.

How about going to specsavers then you would see the uneven surface.
