Interesting! We must have one of the most experienced squads in Div 2 now. Should be more than enough to keep us up. Whether it's enough to have a tilt at the other end only time will tell!

Good lad is Lewis, still have one of his original Latics shirts I was handed for our Gav but being very pro MFC, I couldn't persuade him and it has remained unworn.
Still, a little piece of history of an under appreciated youngster at the time

I did say on Shrimps Voices at the beginning of the week that I thought Miller and Allessandra were returning. How right was I? What a good squad we are putting together.

Suspect that might be the end now. Now we'll see how they all fit together. I still have some reservations about Lewis, very clever but used to lack end product. Going to be a very interesting season me thinks :D

Was it Lewis who missed the open goal in front of the home stand? Can't remember who it was against though. His goal at Bloomfield Rd made up for it though

Good signing, think we're doing pretty damn well for technical ability in the front end of our side!

Always looked dangerous when he played against us since he left. I remember playing Notts County a couple of years back when they reached the playoffs - they tore us to shreds and he was a key part of that. Pretty sure he got an assist or two that day.

I'd imagine his final product has improved as his decision making will have developed over the years with more experience. Always looked pretty classy against us.

My thoughts exactly! He's a confidence player.
