A hard fought away point..... :o ....ooops forgot we played at home....but you get my drift.

A totally negative performance that was more about saving a point than going for three.

JB's subs late in the game suggested that he wasn't looking to win the game by substituting a defender with another defender rather than put Brewitt who by all accounts did well v Mansfied.

Yet again we couldn't get a handle on midfield resorting to the long ball over the top.

All credit to the Robins by their constant pressure on our back line, a sharp contrast to our forwards who played at least 5 metres off the Robins defense which allowed the defense all the time in the world to play the ball out of defense through their midfield.

It was as if we had turned the clock back 12 months.

I simply do not understand team selection and the tactics employed, but we've early opportunity to put things back in a positive manner when on Tuesday we face this seasons surprise package to date...Macclesfield.

What was the view/opinion of people closer to the incident, regarding Barry's yellow card? From my position, I thought it was definitely going to be a red and we were very lucky when a yellow was shown. Some people around me felt the attacker was going towards the touchline more than goal (or more to the point, the ball was) so the ref decided to be lenient, but if it had been the other way, I'd have been shouting for a red.

So how did that work out then?

I maybe wasn't any closer, but I saw no contact and thought it was a dive.

One of those where the player will have decided to go down long before Barry got anywhere near him. It looked like a dive but again I wasn’t that close!

Why can't we start letting the oposition worry about us? We have the makings of a good side but are stifled by total lack of any creativity. Year after year the same tactics are employed and all they do is bore the spectators! Sadly as it stands in the football league it's quite possible that this season nobody will be relegated with the problems Bury, Macclesfield and Oldham (Bolton possibly) have. If this is all we have we should just let it go :o
