What a fooking shambles! Best player has a disagreement with the french manager and is frozen out and packed off to a side a league below..............then 5 minutes later the manager is history
My home town club is being turned into a real basket case and the muppet owners will take us into obscurity

Hated by Preston fans where he was Assistant Manager.

PNE and Stevenage (where he was just sacked from) fans are already chipping in on the Latics Facebook page saying what a bad move this is.

Every move they're making at Oldham is a bad move, the baddest of the bad will see us in non league next season if we avoid going to the wall

Surely they are supposed to wait until AFTER we play them

Not sure whether this will be good or bad for us but as Jim always likes to concentrate on what the opposition will do it may make him concentrate on what we are going to do instead.

Never really rated the guy, he was okay as assistant under Westley at Stevenage, but what has he actually done?

It's certainly added some much needed spice to what could have been a very dull encounter,
Both teams will have to go for it, no quarter given.

I thought that - season-long, if not lifetime, ban would almost be merited.

No doubt about it but if you look back to what made him do it
The guy left one on him while he was on the floor, studs along shins are bloody painful and I'd of done the same to him
