Great to see us threaten a goalkeeper early, and from a counter attack as well where we pushed forward and didn't turn back

Quite frankly letting him have a free shot from that distance and letting it pretty much trickle into the corner is abysmal.

Halstead needs to play. Too good to be on the bench.

We seem to have two modes of play: nice attacking moves but dreadful defensively conceding every shot, or woeful up front and solid defensively. Either way ends up with us losing

Tutte’s sideways pass to a Northampton player led to their corner for the first goal. Second goal was so pathetic, I could have got across to it in my wheelchair! Did it take a deflection?

O’Sullivan’s only contribution was to wipe the lineswoman out!

Tutte had one cracking forward pass, but otherwise may as well be wearing a Northampton shirt  Playing with nine men at the moment.

If we had scored in the first couple of minutes, where a sideways pass to Lewis would have left him with an open goal... how things could have changed.

They hit the bar, so could have been 0-3 at half time. Can’t see us getting a goal at the moment, let alone two. Not good

We’ve been playing some nice football going forwards.

So how did that work out then?

Hey Freez, a service announcement for Northampton. I know some are staying over until Sunday and catching the train home from Morecambe. There's no trains from Morecambe tomorrow and so far there's no scheduled replacement buses. Stagecoach bus or taxi if they don't want to miss their trains.

Cobblers fans won't care they will be taking 3 points with them

It's what it is

Lowest budget

Smallest crowds

Wrong type of rain

Wind blowing in wrong direction

Grass too long
