I have generally been a supporter of Jim but this looks like the team of a man running out of ideas.

Yes, but this thread has only on Buxton in the team, that’s why it’s still going, it’s accurate.... :D

Reserve game atmosphere but access to all areas of main stand including suite! So good value for £8!

Big hoof up the pitch, one touch in the area, then slotted home from a very narrow angle. Halstead perhaps could have done better.

Just woke up, it's 3.15am here and have work the morrow. Can't miss this one though, this competition is surely one of the highlights of the season.

Good save from Halstead. Not much interesting happened for a while.

At least it's a good run-out for Halstead, Cranston and Brewitt, but surprised a few more of the squad players haven't been given a start. Hope to see Brownsword, Howard and Jagne after the break. Might as well see what they can do against such quality opposition.

Talking about 540 being the crowd and comparing it to NPL days, one difference is that when we used to get crowds above 400, the atmosphere was massive. Tonight, despite being a bigger gate, the atmosphere looks a far cry from those days and more like an NPL reserve match when someone used to come round with the bucket for donations.

Tanner shot, keeper saved with his feet. Kev got a header that was going in but Oates decided to touch it when in an off-side position instead of letting it go in!

Playing better this second half.

Played well this second half. Howard shot, hit the bar, then headed his own rebound in!

Absolutely. Impressed with the energy of Howard too. He's really taking this opportunity very seriously.

Ohhh magnificent point blank save from Halstead. That's kept us in this exciting competition.

Howard should never have been given the 5th penalty.

Oh dear...and that's that for Mendes Gomez. He's not at first team level.
